What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of integrated media plans for global accounts.
• Oversee campaign performance, providing actionable insights and cross-channel optimization commentary.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for regional media teams.
• Collaborate with Activation and Analytics teams to design and implement test-and-learn agendas.
• Line manage and mentor junior planning team members to support their professional development.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and clear rationale for all media planning recommendations.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience in media planning across both offline and online channels.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in line management and team coaching.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex, fast-paced global accounts.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
