Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK. The role follows a hybrid work model with office attendance required approximately four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the planning output for specific clients to ensure the delivery of unrivalled, high-impact work.
• Manage senior client relationships, understanding business needs and driving strategic growth.
• Develop and mentor the planning team, providing clear objectives, structure, and regular performance reviews.
• Translate strategic approaches into actionable media behaviours and train the wider team on best practices.
• Build relationships with media owners to identify opportunities for innovation and added value.
• Drive the visibility of the planning team within the agency and act as an internal consultant on tools and technology.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of media touchpoints, industry trends, and comms planning frameworks.
• Expertise in campaign management, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
• Proven ability in compelling storytelling and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to manage escalations and coach others.
