What you will do

• Build and own core data models connecting product usage, revenue, billing, and customer health.
• Create trusted sources of truth for key business metrics including ARR, activation, and retention.
• Develop pipelines across product telemetry, CRM, billing, and internal AI-powered systems.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to improve data quality and consistency.
• Design dashboards and self-serve reporting to empower cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI to automate reporting, data QA, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture.
• Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and production-grade pipeline orchestration.
• Strong understanding of GTM operations including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance.
• Experience building data systems in technical environments like developer tools or AI.
• Proven ability to operate as a solo data hire in a high-growth startup environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate coding and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based pricing and product-led growth models.
• Background in building revenue intelligence or customer health systems.
• Experience working with agents for internal operations and workflow automation.
