Location: Must work onsite 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA
Salary: $80K – $120K plus equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end automation surfaces including instrumentation, workflow mapping, data analysis, tool changes, and monitoring
- Design and automate claim-related workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and AI tools including LLMs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap and scale solutions
- Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes
Requirements
- Must work onsite 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA
- 2+ years experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles in tech or startups
- Strong SQL fluency and data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects autonomously in fast-changing environments
Nice to have
- Experience with AI automation infrastructure and LLM guardrails
- Healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems experience
- Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools
- Agentic workflow development and cloud experience
