What you will do

• Manage the Clear to Build (CTB) process to ensure visibility on materials over a 26-week horizon and resolve supply chain issues.
• Oversee component allocation for tight supply items and provide data-driven baselines for program decisions.
• Lead material readiness during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase to ensure supply protection for product ramps.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, conducting regular business reviews to track KPIs.
• Monitor commodity pricing, market availability, and lead times to recommend strategic make/buy or pre-buy decisions.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize inbound lead times and manage defective product returns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required
• BS/BA in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain and project management
• Domain expertise with Asian ODM/JDM/EMS management and product development processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a scaling environment
