Production Planner (SAP/Supply Chain)

hirify.global is hiring for a production planning role supporting high-tech manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Create feasible production plans by integrating factory and field demand.
• Assess factory constraints, component availability, supply-chain bottlenecks, and possible workarounds.
• Balance factory supply and internal customer demand, prioritize requirements, and monitor demand changes.
• Create production orders in SAP, trigger material deliveries, and monitor production progress.
• Support material, tool, and SAP-related issues while responding to supply or demand changes.
• Manage surplus and defective material returns, financial record accuracy, and finished-goods shipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial management or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a production planner, supply-chain planner, or industrial engineering professional in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with production planning, prioritization, organization, strategic thinking, detail management, and working under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and Access or another database system.

Nice to have

• Visual Basic experience.
