What you will do

• Create and integrate production plans based on factory constraints and field requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain bottlenecks to ensure timely material and finished goods delivery.
• Communicate and negotiate between factory production and internal customer demand to reach prioritization agreements.
• Execute production orders in SAP and monitor progress to prevent inventory inefficiencies.
• Manage surplus or defective material returns and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Provide operational support for material, tool, and system-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in industrial management or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Planner, Supply Chain Planner, or IE Engineer in a high-tech environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in database management (Access).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and pressure management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Visual Basic.
