What you will do

• Serve as the primary NPI point of contact to drive Cold Plate and liquid-cooling material readiness.
• Own material readiness for assigned programs from prototype through production launch.
• Manage supplier commitments, delivery schedules, capacity constraints, and material escalations.
• Develop and drive procurement strategies to support NPI builds and production ramps.
• Partner with Engineering, Commodity Management, and Contract Manufacturers to resolve material issues.
• Monitor long lead-time materials and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or NPI Operations.
• Experience supporting NPI programs in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, supplier management, and material procurement.
• Proven ability to manage supplier escalations and drive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting liquid-cooled products, thermal solutions, or Cold Plates.
• Experience working with global suppliers and Contract Manufacturers throughout Asia.
• Knowledge of MRP and PLM systems.
• Experience supporting high-volume production ramps.
