What you will do

• Coordinate materials and tools tracking for assigned tasks and communicate shortages.
• Support service order tracking, time writing, and tool calibration activities.
• Generate standardized reports and update administrative logistics records.
• Communicate with internal teams and support stakeholder information needs.
• Identify and escalate problems, signaling opportunities for process improvement.
• Share knowledge and best practices with local peers.

Requirements

• Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of SAP, CAM, SMS systems, and logistics processes.
• Flexibility and openness to various work settings and collaboration.
