What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management with suppliers and internal customers.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier agreements and performance indicators to secure materials availability, resolving stagnations and issues.
- Manage portfolio of parts proactively, analyzing demand changes, trends, and weak spots to implement actions like supply investigations and replenishment optimization.
- Participate in supplier improvement projects and drive operational improvement plans with Logistic and Quality Supplier Managers.
- Coach and train suppliers on systems, portals, processes, and tools to increase maturity level.
- Apply LEAN methodologies for process improvements and contribute to department-level projects; analyze and report on materials availability using MRP logic.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management; good knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain flows, and planning systems like MRP.
- 2-5 years relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management, planning, and Inbound Supply Chain in high-tech, low-volume environments.
- Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP, material planning, and supply chain processes in production.
- Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Team player, process oriented, excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority, stress resistant, flexible, result-driven, relationship builder.
