What you will do

• Lead and develop the Production Planning team to ensure stable delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive demand and supply alignment to secure output while maintaining quality and cycle time.
• Own and improve planning processes, including master planning, capacity planning, and escalation management.
• Act as a key interface between Manufacturing, Program (NPI), and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Identify risks in capacity and materials to proactively propose mitigation plans.
• Enable data-driven decision making through analysis, scenario simulation, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain environments.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis (Excel, dashboards).
• Proven experience in leading teams or project leadership.
