What you will do
- Lead and develop the Production Planning team to ensure stable delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive demand and supply alignment to secure output while maintaining quality and cycle time.
- Own and improve planning processes, including master planning, capacity planning, and escalation management.
- Act as a key interface between Manufacturing, Program (NPI), and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Identify risks in capacity and materials to proactively propose mitigation plans.
- Enable data-driven decision making through analysis, scenario simulation, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis (Excel, dashboards).
- Proven experience in leading teams or project leadership.
