What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, forecasts, shipments, and billing.
• Manage and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Monitor order status and provide proactive updates on delivery and supply availability.
• Coordinate demand and supply alignment by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and invoice-related issues professionally.
• Analyze service performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
