Product Development Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Any hirify.global office; hybrid role. US work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $62,400–$85,800 annual base salary with a 12% incentive.

What you will do

• Develop policy forms and endorsements for new and revised insurance coverages.
• Ensure forms clearly communicate underwriting intent and support successful claims resolution.
• Research coverage forms and confirm compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare documentation for product filings and State Department of Insurance requests.
• Mentor and share subject-matter knowledge with PRS associates.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience developing insurance coverage forms preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements.
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations throughout the insurance policy life cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with standard business applications, including Excel and Word.
