What you will do

• Analyze product features, usage trends, user feedback, and complex datasets to identify improvements and actionable product opportunities.
• Monitor liability claim regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards affecting claim management.
• Define business and product requirements and collaborate with product management, software development, quality assurance, and customer support teams.
• Validate product enhancements through testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Drive workflow optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements across the liability claim product lifecycle.
• Support documentation, user guides, training materials, demonstrations, and product adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry roles focused on liability claim management.
• Strong knowledge of claim management processes, reporting, regulatory compliance, and software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to provide product requirements and work effectively in matrix or cross-functional settings.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification such as SCLA or ARM.
• Leadership experience in matrix or cross-functional environments.
