Associate Product Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Create and manage project plans with project engineering partners.
• Coordinate project teams, kick-off meetings, design reviews, verification and validation activities, and cadaver labs.
• Conduct market analysis, forecast inventory, and work with purchasing and operations to source products.
• Develop sales presentations, technique guides, product literature, brochures, and other sales support materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical R&D and Sales & Marketing on clinical research, product launches, courses, and symposia.
• Gather feedback from spine surgeons and customers, and provide product training and technical support to sales representatives and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with new product introduction and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and meet the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
