Project Manager, Parts & Accessories Product Management

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace. Relocation is available. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus an eligible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead new product development programs for Parts & Accessories from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Build and maintain master schedules, budgets, resource plans, forecasts, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional core teams and coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Service, Product Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Run the COMPASS phase-gate process, including monthly reviews and gate meetings.
• Track schedule, scope, cost, tooling, and risk metrics; prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, contingency plans, annual programs, customer events, trade shows, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority in a matrix organization.
• Experience with formal phase-gate or structured product development processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Nice to have

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience in marine, powersports, manufacturing, or durable goods.
• Knowledge of Parts & Accessories, aftermarket, or global parts distribution.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, engineering prints, and specifications.
• Change-management experience.
