TL;DR
Business Developer (AI & Technology Partnerships): Driving the execution of strategic partnership and distribution agreements for AI-centric code verification solutions with an accent on OEM and resell GTM motions. Focus on building long-term relationships with technical and business leaders to integrate ’s governance tools into the agentic software development ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (relocation support available).

What you will do
- Drive the execution of partnership strategies with distribution technology partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities through market analysis.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key technical, product, and business leaders.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycles, including drafting term sheets and negotiating complex distribution agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure successful integration and GTM execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or technology partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing high-impact, technology-centric partnerships with OEM/resell GTM motions.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the human and agentic code development ecosystem.
- Experience interpreting legal documents and negotiating complex co-marketing, co-sell, and OEM terms.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate.
- US work authorization required (visa sponsorship not supported).
