What you will do

• Identify and engage organizations requiring rapid access to GPU capacity for training, inference, and enterprise AI workloads.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of offtake, anchor tenant, and reserved capacity opportunities.
• Translate market requirements into actionable infrastructure plans, including GPU type, power profiles, and commercial structures.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with senior decision-makers at key compute consumers.
• Design and negotiate complex commercial frameworks, including offtake agreements and revenue-share models.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership to inform site selection and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Existing senior relationships across the AI compute ecosystem, including neo-clouds, GPU clouds, or AI-native companies.
• Proven track record of commercializing GPU capacity, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing.
• Experience structuring and closing complex infrastructure deals such as offtake agreements or capacity reservations.
• Technical literacy sufficient to discuss GPU clusters, power density, liquid cooling, and networking constraints.
• Strong executive presence and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
