What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategy for fee allocation models, pricing frameworks, and scalable payout/money movement infrastructure.
• Synthesize customer insights and market dynamics to define long-term product strategy and influence company priorities.
• Own end-to-end product architecture and translate complex business objectives into coherent execution plans.
• Partner with Go-to-Market leadership to shape positioning, rollout sequencing, and monetization strategies.
• Establish portfolio-level success metrics and communicate performance insights to executive stakeholders.
• Act as the organizational authority for the Payments domain, mentoring other PMs and setting standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically within SaaS, ecommerce, or payments.
• Proven track record in Fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts to senior leadership and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Ability to speak French.
• Industry experience in Retail or Hospitality.
