Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Owning the NoCode Payment Integration marketplace and merchant operational products with an accent on external development coordination and user-centric design for business operators. Focus on driving the evolution from NoCode integrations to a full partner ecosystem and improving the day-to-day merchant experience.

Location: Must reside in one of the following US states: CA, IL, TX, MN, CO, GA, CT, NY or MA. Flex-first options: remote, hybrid, or onsite in Santa Barbara.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for NCPI and merchant operations.
• Coordinate external NCPI development with internal engineering, defining integration contracts and acceptance criteria.
• Improve the merchant experience across the admin portal, billing, reporting, and notifications.
• Manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum to ensure 2-4 sprints of ready work at all times.
• Lead the strategy to evolve NoCode integrations into a comprehensive partner ecosystem.
• Perform product discovery through merchant interviews, partner feedback, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience driving Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and refinement.
• Experience managing products built by external vendors in coordination with internal engineering.
• Background in API, platform, or integration products for technical partners or developers.
• Experience with merchant-facing or SMB products and daily business workflows.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in specified states.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS within regulated environments.
• Product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
