What you will do

• Own the roadmap for global payout infrastructure, prioritizing rate locking, local bank coverage, and cross-border card rails.
• Productize fee passthrough by transforming a custom solution into a scalable, self-serve offering.
• Define and deliver enterprise-grade controls and reporting, including recipient tax reporting, two-step confirmation workflows, and security access controls.
• Architect enterprise billing primitives such as Interchange Plus (IC+) and platform fees to support flexible commercial models.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and GTM to convert enterprise demand into prioritized product investments and track measurable adoption outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own a product area end-to-end: strategy, execution, and outcome measurement.
• Experience shipping products across multiple user segments and/or significant technical or regulatory complexity.
• Strong analytical instincts with comfort using data and building measurement frameworks before launch.
• Strong written communication skills (clear PRDs/specs) and ability to align cross-functionally.
