Salary: $158,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams including Events, Design & Construction, and Facilities.
• Coordinate transportation-related needs and ensure they are integrated into broader workplace planning.
• Represent the Transportation team in cross-functional meetings and planning initiatives.
• Summarize feedback from employees and partners to route requests to appropriate owners.
• Track open items and ensure timely follow-up across team priorities.
• Draft internal communications, FAQs, and guidance materials regarding transportation programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, workplace operations, or program coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in workplace, hospitality, or cross-functional program environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and workflow systems.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter to support global transportation needs.
