What you will do

• Operate multi-axis CNC machines according to company procedures and lean methodology.
• Assemble components of molds and contribute to overall mold shop activities.
• Execute production activities in strict accordance with defined quality policies and standards.
• Follow safety rules and standards, proactively identifying risks or unsafe behaviors.
• Manage routing and standard activities, ensuring all tasks are tracked with relevant documentation.
• Develop multi-skills through training and on-the-job experience to meet diverse operational requirements.
