What you will do

• Perform micro-assembly operations following schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Utilize small hand tools and microscopes for precise assembly tasks.
• Conduct testing and quality control inspections on finished products.
• Perform data entry and review final product documentation.
• Participate in lean implementation processes including 5S and single-piece flow.
• Collaborate with team leads and engineers to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Golden, CO.
• High School Diploma/GED or 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work procedures and schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks for data entry and testing.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and leadership.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with gluing or bonding (epoxy/resin).
• Past experience in cosmetic finishing.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
