What you will do

• Perform micro-assembly operations for ultrasound equipment using hand tools and microscopes.
• Execute gluing and bonding processes using epoxy and resins.
• Maintain daily production output according to bills of materials and work instructions.
• Conduct testing and perform quality data entry using computer systems.
• Participate in Lean implementation, including 5S, standard work, and single-piece flow.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow detailed technical instructions.
• High attention to detail and a quality-minded approach to work.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and testing.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Golden, CO.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Past experience in cosmetic finishing.
