What you will do

• Set up and operate large CNC machine tools including mills, lathes, and boring bars.
• Interpret blueprints, process documents, and program instructions to execute machining tasks.
• Establish reference points, set offsets, and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy.
• Handle materials using manual methods or heavy equipment like hoists and cranes.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the machine area clean.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as deburring and tool presetting during machine cycles.

Requirements

• Must be available to work the 3rd shift in Beloit, Wisconsin.
• Experience with large CNC machine tools and standard measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and process documentation.
• Proficiency in handling ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Capability to operate heavy lifting equipment such as hoists and cranes.
