• Operate machinery to transform printed sheets into high-quality cards.
• Master a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process.
• Comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees.
• Perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment.
• Use measuring devices to verify material conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexibility with regard to schedule- overtime may be required as needed.

Nice to have

• CNC experience is a plus.
