What you will do

• Build scripts, dashboards, and analytical tools to enhance dealing workflows and directly support P&L outcomes
• Coordinate and manage the FX trading portfolio across major currencies during your session
• Monitor market movements and stay current with news, economic calendars, and market events
• Manage risk by positioning and trading within approved limits, policies, and procedures
• Prepare daily stakeholder reports with clear insights
• Work with senior dealers on trade supervision and alignment of risk strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or IT-related disciplines
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or FX/CFD (preferred)
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and bridge systems (strong advantage)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with solid interest in financial markets and market structure
• English & Mandarin speaking required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
