What you will do

• Support pre- and post-sales by recommending best practices for hirify.global products.
• Act as technical customer-facing expert for workflow adaptation and API integration.
• Gather customer requirements and develop implementation/configuration strategies.
• Document test scenarios for QA and serve as SME on product configuration/integrations.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to deliver requirements and align on roadmap.
• Train customers on configurations and provide 3rd level support.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years delivering large transformation programs with high-performing teams, ideally using agile.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive/Insurance.
• Commercially aware, able to support sales opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail.
• Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence, Office365.
• Experience with technical implementations: SOA, APIs, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, XML, CSS; Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
