What you will do

• Support day-to-day revenue workflows in Salesforce and related GTM systems.
• Create and test AI-assisted workflows for account research, CRM updates, and pipeline insights.
• Build lightweight automations, structured templates, and reporting dashboards to reduce manual work.
• Maintain clean and accurate account, contact, and opportunity data.
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and process issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance on process improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, systems work, or computer engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and business metrics.
• Engineering mindset for breaking down problems, testing assumptions, and documenting decisions.
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to travel under 10%.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SQL, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, APIs, Zapier, n8n, or Clay.
• Experience using AI tools to summarize information, clean data, and research accounts.
