Location: Remote (Chicago area or similar)
Salary: $112,500 – $172,500

What you will do
- Build and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals.
- Lead partner onboarding and provide training on EV charging products and sales strategies.
- Manage partner relationships to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues.
- Provide partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive performance.
- Set and track performance targets to achieve regional sales goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner initiatives and improve the overall partner experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development.
- Experience in the EV charging or related technology industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience working with reseller and distribution channel models.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of EV charging market trends and the competitive landscape.
