What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national market stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns while tracking interactions according to corporate procedures.
- Sell technical products and services, including training on specifications and program requirements.
- Develop strategies to drive increased savings acquisition for energy programs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on installation, configuration, and enhancement.
- Verify product installations and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements
- Must reside in Michigan.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent certifications.
- Ability to travel throughout a defined territory in a company-provided vehicle.
- Compliance with all applicable DOT and transportation regulations.
