Location: Hybrid (Overland Park, Gaithersburg, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Cary, Ann Arbor). Must be able to satisfy citizenship requirements outlined in 10 CFR 810
Salary: $124,548 – $186,588 per year (Maryland)

What you will do
- Drive new business growth and maintain relationships with Nuclear and Nuclear OEM accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to solve complex client challenges and needs.
- Lead client engagement activities from opportunity identification to business capture.
- Manage client relationships and conduct satisfaction surveys to ensure high service levels.
- Use Salesforce to track and manage client relationships in alignment with governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a technical or business focus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the EPC industry.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or project execution in nuclear generation technology.
- Proven ability to manage complex buying processes and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Must satisfy citizenship requirements outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 810.
- Ability to travel significantly to achieve sales goals.

- Experience using Salesforce.
