Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Procurement, and HR departments.
- Develop and execute account strategies to deepen partnerships and expand service adoption within enterprise accounts.
- Lead consultative conversations to position staffing and technology-enabled solutions as a differentiated business advantage.
- Manage business performance by balancing growth, profitability, and client health metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Leverage data, market insights, and AI tools to identify new opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a U.S. state.
- 5–10 years of consultative sales or business development experience in staffing or professional services.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience navigating procurement-led sales cycles and matrixed organizations.
- Ability to leverage AI and data-driven insights for strategic success.
Nice to have
- Experience within digital, marketing, creative, or technology-related industries.
- Familiarity with MSP environments and enterprise account strategy.
