What you will do

  • Own the advancement of opportunities from Qualify to Discovery and Evaluation stages.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calling to activate cold or stalled accounts.
  • Collaborate with AVPs to implement tailored account-based marketing (ABM) plays for priority healthcare systems.
  • Capture discovery insights and build comprehensive relationship maps within Salesforce.
  • Develop initial sales collateral and call preparation materials using approved templates.
  • Conduct inbound lead triage and provide fast follow-up for prospects engaging with marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or SDR roles, preferably in B2B enterprise software or healthcare.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sequencing/cadence tools.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience when handling gatekeepers in complex organizations.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Must be based in the United States.
