What you will do
- Drive end-to-end enterprise deals with commercial-stage biotech companies.
- Partner with Product, Clinical, and ML teams to develop use cases for patient support, drug adherence, and clinical trial recruitment.
- Build analytical ROI frameworks and consultative business cases for biotech buyers.
- Maintain strict pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent the company at biotech conferences and industry events to build executive relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years selling to commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharma.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals valued between $500K and $2M+.
- Experience selling SaaS, consulting, or AI solutions with bespoke structuring.
- History of carrying a quota of approximately $3M ARR per year.
- Must be based in the United States

- Background in Investment Banking or management consulting.
- Existing relationships with commercial executives at commercial-stage biotech companies.
- Experience with digital health or AI-driven patient engagement programs.
- Experience working in high-growth healthcare technology startups or regulated industries.
