What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise deals with commercial-stage biotech companies.
  • Partner with Product, Clinical, and ML teams to develop use cases for patient support, drug adherence, and clinical trial recruitment.
  • Build analytical ROI frameworks and consultative business cases for biotech buyers.
  • Maintain strict pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Represent the company at biotech conferences and industry events to build executive relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years selling to commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharma.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals valued between $500K and $2M+.
  • Experience selling SaaS, consulting, or AI solutions with bespoke structuring.
  • History of carrying a quota of approximately $3M ARR per year.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Background in Investment Banking or management consulting.
  • Existing relationships with commercial executives at commercial-stage biotech companies.
  • Experience with digital health or AI-driven patient engagement programs.
  • Experience working in high-growth healthcare technology startups or regulated industries.
