TL;DR

Focus on building executive relationships, coordinating cross-functional delivery and renewal planning, and developing multi-year account strategies that translate AI outcomes into measurable business value.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to expand usage, cross-sell applications, and increase AI maturity.
  • Partner with Engagement Directors and Technical Success Managers to uncover GenAI use cases and increase application consumption aligned to outcomes.
  • Identify high-risk buying centers and stalled implementations, then coordinate internal teams to re-engage customers with refreshed value narratives and delivery strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Engagement, Technical Success, and Pre-Sales to ensure successful deployments, adoption, and measurable results.
  • Manage executive relationships with key customer stakeholders to position hirify.global as a strategic partner in the customer’s AI journey.
  • Own account-level planning, forecasting, and renewal coordination to drive strategic revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • 2+ years selling AI-powered services with an industry focus (plus).
  • Experience applying customer solutions into repeatable actions and leveraging them within an industry sector (FinServ or Heavy Industries is a plus).
  • Experience using a variety of prospecting tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Location: Boston, MA, US or New York, US (Remote).
