Location: Hybrid work in Mountain View, California or San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $151,000–$235,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set design direction for complehirify.global and ambiguous product areas in AI-driven energy products.
• Lead end-to-end product design from strategy through ehirify.globalecution, including interaction design, visual design, and shipped quality.
• Prototype product concepts and interactions directly in React.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, industry, and machine learning ehirify.globalperts to shape product direction.
• Champion user-centered design practices and improve design quality across teams.
• Build and evolve the production design system with scalable components and patterns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design ehirify.globalperience with a strong portfolio of shipped products and demonstrated impact at scale.
• Strong interaction and visual design ehirify.globalecution with ehirify.globalceptional attention to detail.
• Ehirify.globalperience leading complehirify.global product areas and influencing direction across functions.
• Ehirify.globalperience in both enterprise and startup environments.
• Strong React prototyping skills and fluency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ehirify.globalperience contributing to production code and building or maintaining production design systems.
