What you will do

• Oversee and lead team members in the completion of manufacturing projects for relay and control panels.
• Delegate assignments based on team skills and provide technical assistance for complex assembly problems.
• Inspect finished work and track resources, including worker time and materials for inventory purposes.
• Manage new hire orientation and training in partnership with specialists.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform physical assemblies as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Proven experience effectively leading a team of employees.
• Ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX (Onsite).
• Sponsorship is not available.
