What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and train a team of over fifteen employees to meet production goals.
• Create daily work plans and coordinate activities to ensure production schedules are met.
• Enforce safety standards, sanitation regulations, and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for the production team.
• Conduct employee evaluations, set goals, and administer company policies including discipline.

Requirements

• At least one year of DIS-TRAN experience required.
• Fabrication experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Fitting, Welding, and Cutting SOPs.
• Thorough understanding of employee JSA.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.

Nice to have

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Epicor experience.
