What you will do

• Oversee full operational performance of the night shift, including safety, quality, and production targets.
• Lead and coach Team Leaders to maintain high operational standards and execute shift plans.
• Manage staffing resources and production sequencing based on real-time priorities.
• Ensure all fiber optic products meet the Plant’s Quality Management System standards.
• Serve as first responder and emergency evacuation team leader.
• Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift turnover reports for seamless communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Claremont, NC.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
