Salary: $72,500 - $121,800 per year

What you will do
- Execute the MEDDPICC sales process and apply Challenger principles to drive value-based conversations.
- Perform high-volume prospecting and calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
- Manage portfolios and opportunities using Salesforce.com to drive net property and book growth.
- Represent the company at multifamily rental conferences, tradeshows, and industry meetings.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams by acting as the voice of the customer to improve sales processes.
- Deliver high-level presentations to decision-makers to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and live within commuting distance to the assigned service area.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or outside sales.
- Proven track record of selling into mid-market accounts with multiple decision-makers.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented "can-do" attitude.
