What you will do

  • Execute the MEDDPICC sales process and apply Challenger principles to drive value-based conversations.
  • Perform high-volume prospecting and calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
  • Manage portfolios and opportunities using Salesforce.com to drive net property and book growth.
  • Represent the company at multifamily rental conferences, tradeshows, and industry meetings.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams by acting as the voice of the customer to improve sales processes.
  • Deliver high-level presentations to decision-makers to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA and live within commuting distance to the assigned service area.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or outside sales.
  • Proven track record of selling into mid-market accounts with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented "can-do" attitude.
