What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the Data Foundation Business (MuleSoft and Informatica).
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing mentoring and professional development.
- Engage at the C-level within enterprise customer organizations to drive business growth.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
- Drive demand generation and customer engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources for consistent process execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing at least seven quota-carrying sales representatives.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful high-performing teams.
- Excellent executive presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive and self-start in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience within the SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS space.
- Strong consultative selling and communication abilities.
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to influence a collaborative team culture.
