What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and field salespeople across multiple states.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Oversee sales forecasts, pipelines, and budgets to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Mentor and develop high-potential sales talent while fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and adjust tactics accordingly.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple states in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) to meet clients and teams.
