What you will do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed net-new customer acquisition targets.
- Design and institutionalize scalable sales playbooks to ensure a standardized approach to hunting and closing enterprise deals.
- Establish rigorous pipeline management and forecasting cadences to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Provide hands-on coaching and strategic deal support to a team of senior sales representatives.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures and lead commercial negotiations.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives across strategic prospect accounts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
- Proven track record of hunting and winning net-new enterprise logos.
- Extensive experience with formal enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Deep market expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, or data management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, resource allocation, and territory planning.
