What you will do
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on landing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Own key regional customer relationships, engaging CISOs and senior security leaders.
- Lead deal strategy, including account planning, multi-threading, and competitive positioning.
- Drive a channel-first sales motion, collaborating with regional strategic partners to accelerate the pipeline.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to align GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of front-line sales management experience in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, closing complex deals and navigating multi-year sales cycles.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
- Experience collaborating with and leveraging a strategic channel ecosystem.
- Expertise in accurate forecasting, rigorous pipeline inspection, and deal governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
