TL;DR
Regional Sales Director - Southwest (Enterprise SaaS/Threat Intelligence): Establish and drive sales for ’s SaaS-based offerings across a designated geography, focusing on penetrating and prospecting named enterprise accounts. Focus on achieving quota through complex, multi-stakeholder solution selling, building pipeline to 4x bookings goals, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasting while managing quote-to-cash execution.
Location: Remote — qualified candidates must be located in the Southwest region (South Central region of the US)
Salary: $127,000 – $165,000 base; OTE: $254,000 – $330,000

What you will do
- Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise accounts.
- Develop and nurture prospective customer relationships across the full sales cycle in the South Central/Southwest region.
- Build and execute regional pipeline growth strategies, leveraging internal/external resources to reach 4x bookings goals or more.
- Manage partner engagement and channel-first activities with focus partners, including field events and customer meetings.
- Maintain forecasting and pipeline accuracy through diligent CRM and forecasting platform upkeep.
- Own quote-to-cash management to ensure clean, complete bookings and smooth transitions from quote to cash.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based or subscription-based solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS solutions and/or security infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com or HubSpot preferred; Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav; ChatGPT or other AI).
- Must be able to work remotely and be located in the Southwest region; willingness to travel on short notice.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, and Zero Trust.
- Successful selling experience with Threat Intelligence solutions.
- Successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the region.
