Procurement Coordinator & Negotiator

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead price negotiations and manage renewal processes with vendors.
• Coordinate purchasing from online stores and manage relationships with Value Added Resellers.
• Execute finance AP tasks, including the creation and management of Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Monitor the completion of goods and services to ensure accurate receipt posting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 3+ years of experience in a technical coordination or point-of-contact role.
• 1+ years of experience with Jira, Service Now, or similar ticketing systems.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Marketing, Sales Support, or Sales).
• 1+ years of experience in deal negotiation.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Background in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience with Finance systems, specifically Oracle Fusion.
• University degree.
