TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (time face-to-face in SF office required); salary range also provided for New York

Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 per annum (San Francisco or New York)

What you will do

  • Partner with AI model creators to support their research initiatives, human data programs, and quality benchmarks
  • Serve as trusted advisor, translating research and business objectives into actionable platform strategies
  • Lead business reviews, executive engagements, and build case studies highlighting hirify.global's impact
  • Drive improvements in success playbooks, processes, and resources for usage-based models
  • Collaborate face-to-face with customers and peers in the San Francisco office

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing strategic or enterprise customer success (or leadership) role
  • Experience developing strategic success plans and orchestrating cross-functional dynamics
  • Operational rigor in forecasting consumption, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks
  • Success navigating large organizations, driving adoption/expansion, and building executive relationships
  • Strong business acumen for interfacing with C-Suite, VPs, research leads, engineers, and data scientists
  • Fundamental understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs to discuss research use cases credibly
