Customer Success Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York City). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Build strategic relationships with nonprofit leaders and mission-driven stakeholders to support organizational transformation.
• Guide partners on the optimal use of API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
• Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption across consumption-based and seat-based products.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development.
• Create scalable customer enablement resources and 1:many engagement programs like webinars and user communities.
• Document and quantify realized value through health outcomes and program effectiveness metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience working directly with global development organizations.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models.
• Strategic mindset and a passion for global health equity and ethical AI deployment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York City offices.
