Salary: $95,000–$125,000 base salary plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in the $50K–$200K range as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with advisory, research, and product teams to deliver actionable intelligence.
- Develop and execute a 90-day onboarding program to ensure habitual platform use.
- Monitor usage patterns, credit consumption, and churn signals to intervene early.
- Lead recurring business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to the Product team to improve platform value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years as a CSM in B2B SaaS.
- Must be able to work hybrid from the Union Square office in New York, NY.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based commercial models.
- Proven track record of retention and expansion outcomes.
- Comfortability working with latest AI models, connectors, and MCP services.
- Ability to manage stakeholders from analysts to executives in enterprise accounts.
