What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic relationship owner for high-value accounts and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Own customer lifecycle outcomes, including value realization, GRR, and NRR.
  • Leverage AI-generated insights and predictive health signals to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level engagements, business reviews, and risk mitigation discussions.
  • Drive product adoption and renewals through outcome-based planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic, high-value customer relationships.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer success platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to utilize data for risk and growth management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven Customer Success models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, ERP, or tax/compliance solutions.
  • Previous consulting or strategic advisory experience.
